Yoga as a practiced philosophy has existed for thousands of years.
Yoga as a path of holistic health explores the harmonization of body, mind and spirit. Thus the term yoga means "union".
Teaching is influenced by the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method (developed by Sri K. Patthabi Jois, student of Sri T. Krichnamacharya), a form of Hatha Yoga that deals with physical postures (Asanas), techniques of breathing (Pranayama) and meditation (Dhyana ).
It focuses on the synchronization of the breath with the movement (vinyasa) in order to create a dynamic meditation, the heat that stays in the body directs the energy through the channels in a correct way, allows the right attitude in the postures, detoxifies the body, improves the blood circulation, strengthens muscles and tendons, as well as the spine and the bone system, there is also a strengthening of the internal organs and nervous system.
